What AnyRoad accesses
When you connect Gmail or Outlook, AnyRoad requests permission to read the mailbox you select so it can find travel confirmations and attachments. It does not ask for your mailbox password.
How information is used
Booking emails and attachments are processed to extract itinerary details such as providers, locations, dates, times, booking references and tickets. This information is used only to provide and improve the AnyRoad service.
Storage and security
Account, connection and booking information is stored in secured Azure services. Access credentials are encrypted and are never exposed to the browser.
Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect a mailbox from your profile. For account or data deletion requests, contact privacy@anyroad.app.
